How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you placed with us prior to shipping, please read the following:

• To cancel an order that was placed directly with us, please Submit a Ticket and you will be contacted once the order has been canceled.
• If you placed the order through a dealer, you will need to contact the dealer direct.
• If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it - please wait for delivery. If you need to return your order once you have received it, please Submit a Ticket.
