What is your Return Policy?

All unused products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases. All returns must be approved in advance by contacting our customer service department and Submit a Ticket. Any returns received without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from the service department will be returned to the sender unopened.

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all serialized items returned because of failed background checks. 

To return/exchange merchandise, please fill out the Contact Us form or call 307.269.0061. It is necessary to contact us and speak with a representative before sending in any firearms or parts. Any products sent without a prearranged RMA will be returned to sender.
